Remote / Online Bidders: Bidders who participate remotely acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect items in person. By bidding, you agree to accept the item(s) in their current condition and waive the right to any claims, disputes, or returns based on condition. Credit Card Disputes: By bidding in this auction, you agree to the terms outlined herein, forming a binding agreement. Any credit card chargebacks or disputes will be fully contested using your bidding history, payment records, and acceptance of these auction terms. Attempting to reverse a valid transaction does not nullify your obligation to pay for items won.
