Payment & Pickup Terms: You have 3 days to pay and pick up your items. All payments must be completed by Friday, August 29th, before 4:00 PM — no exceptions. This auction will be using QuickBooks for payment processing (includes 9.75% sales tax + 3.5% QuickBooks transaction fee). Bring your own help and equipment for pickup. While we operate as a retail store, we also function as professional liquidators. All items listed in this auction are liquidated assets being sold strictly “AS IS, WHERE IS.” There are no guarantees, warranties, or returns, and all sales are final. Although we utilize a third-party auction platform, we are not affiliated with any other sellers or companies listed on this site. Our terms and conditions apply exclusively to auctions conducted by All Points. Do not reference or compare our auction terms to those of unrelated sellers, as we have no association or shared policies with them. Bidding is a Binding Contract: By placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item at your submitted price. Bids cannot be retracted. Winning bidders must complete payment and pickup within the specified time frame. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture, and items may be resold at the sole discretion of the auctioneer or seller. Inspection Responsibility: Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the preview period to personally inspect items prior to bidding. While we make every effort to provide as many photos as possible, you are always welcome to inspect the items during the scheduled preview period, which lasts for two weeks. Remote / Online Bidders: Bidders who participate remotely acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect items in person.
