Notice: All bidders and other persons attending this sale agree that they have read and have full knowledge of these terms and agree and by the making of any bid the buyer acknowledges his acceptance of these terms. Auctioneer has the right to remove any individual that is disruptive to the auction process. All bidders must register for a bid number.
PAYMENT: Invoices must be paid in full the day of the auction. A 0% Sales tax will be added to the sales price. A 20% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to the sales price. 3% fee for Visa, MasterCard, AMEX. Business and Personal checks will not be accepted without a letter of guarantee from your bank.
NO MERCHANDISE WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL INVOICE IS FULLY PAID.
REMOVAL: WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR SMALL, CARRIABLE ITEMS LEFT ON PREMISES. Merchandise will not be released without an invoice.
Removal: Monday to Friday, September 29th to October 3rd, By Apointment Only.
The highest bidder to be the buyer. If any dispute arises between two or more bidders, the lot in dispute, shall at the discretion of the auctioneer, either be reoffered for sale or sold as stated. In any event, the auctioneer's decision will be absolute and final. Any bid which is not commensurate with the value of the item offered, or which is too nominal an advance over the previous bid, may be rejected by the auctioneer if, in his judgment, such a bid would be likely to be injurious to the sale.

ARTICLES ARE NOT WARRANTED AS MERCHANTABLE OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NO CLAIM MADE BY PURCHASER RELATING TO THE CONDITION OR USE OF ARTICLES PURCHASED OR FOR PROXIMATE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING THEREFORE. RISK TO PERSON OR PROPERTY: Persons attending during viewing, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage of or loss to person and property and specifically release the auctioneer and seller from liability thereof. RECORDS: The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and bookkeeper will be taken as final in the event of any dispute.
