SHIPPING & REMOVAL
- It is the buyer’s responsibility for the removal, packing, preparation rigging, shipping, and/or insurance, as required, on items won at the Auction.
- Any equipment purchased by a winning bidder that exceeds 125 lbs, in weight must be removed, loaded and shipped by a licensed and insured Rigging/Transportation Company.
- If you would like to arrange shipping and packing or would like to pick up the equipment personally, please contact Axis Asset Solutions, Inc. at auctions@axisassetsolutions.com
- Appointments for pick up will be scheduled by appointment ONLY after the equipment has been paid for in full.
- Removal period is from Monday, May 19th to Friday, May 23rd from 9am to 4pm EST and is by appointment only!
- All items must be removed within the specified removal period or shall be subject to a daily storage charge of $ 2.50 per sq. ft. of usage per day thereafter.
- Any purchases by winning bidders not paid for, picked up or removed by Friday, May 30th shall be forfeited & resold by Axis Asset Solutions, Inc.

- The sale of all equipment is intended to be sold without software or other proprietary intellectual property (PIP) including but not limited to manuals'
- If any equipment purchased by successful bidders should have any software. PIP or manuals with them, each Buyer agrees to take full and and sole responsible for following any and all rules, regulations and laws related to use of said sofware and any proprietary intellectual property for each specific OEM for the equipment and further releases Axis Asset Solutions, Inc., it's Sellers, and third party vendors from any & all liability related to their purchases.
- This auction has staggered end times so please pay close attention to the end time of your lot(s) of interest & make sure to refresh your page periodically.
PAYMENT
- After the auction ends, successful and winning bidders with will receive an invoice via email within (1-3) business days that will also include a link that will take you to a secure website with the appropriate billing/payment information.
- Accepted Bids/ Invoices must be paid to Axis Asset Solutions, Inc. immediately upon receipt of invoice & no later than three (3) calendar business days after receipt of invoice.
- Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, provided the entire purchase price including any applicable fees and taxes are under $ 10,000.
- Otherwise, Wire Transfer will be the only other form of payment accepted. (Axis Asset Solutions, Inc. DOES NOT accept checks, PayPal or PO)
- No Equipment will be removed or shipped until payment has been received in full, including all fees and applicable taxes.
- If winning bidder Company fails to pay for its purchase, Axis Asset Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to cancel their bids, block the Company's and their account from being able to bid at future auction(s).
