Auctioneers Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT:
A $1,000 - $10,000 refundable deposit may be required at time of online registration in order to obtain bidding approval.
Only customers who have either posted said deposit or have a positive bidding history with our company or silmilar auctions, will be authorized to bid in this auction. Please contact our office well in advance of the auction for wire instructions. We do not accept credit cards. Once wire is recieved the bidder registration will become active.

BIDS ARE BINDING:
All Bidders are bound to their bids. In the event a successful bidder does not complete payment, the succussful bidder will forfiet their deposit and be liable for any deficit in the resale.
BALANCE DUE:
Final Payment must be initiated via wire transfer on auction day. Immediately following auction successful online bidders must initiate a wire transfer for ther balance of payment and forward via email a "wire confirmation." No Items can be removed until entire invoice is paid in full. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell buyer’s lots, with buyer forfeiting their deposit, if full payment is not intiated the afternoon of the auction.
REMOVAL:
Certain items may have to be removed promptly. Please contact auctioneer at 877-500-1414 for any questions regarding shipping and removal for the sale.
ONLINE BIDDING BUYER PREMIUM:
18 % Buyer Premium applies to all purchases.
AS-IS WHERE IS:
All items are sold “as is, where is” without warranty or guarantee. Please inspect all items carefully before bidding. There will be no re-bids or rebates after an item is sold. This catalog is presented strictly as a guide and is subject to errors and omissions. We strongly encourage all bidders to attend and inspect the inventory in person during the advertised inspection period.
A bid signifies acceptance of these Terms of Sale. Additional Terms of Sale may be announced by auctioneer on day of auction.
