Absolute Machinery Corporation makes every attempt to accurately describe each item in the auction; however, equipment descriptions are intended only as a guide, their accuracy is not guaranteed, and a mistake may occur. This is especially important to know for Internet bidding. All items are sold ?AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS? with no warranty or guarantee of any kind either written or implied. Occasionally, additional information regarding any and all items being sold may come to light during the auction and take precedence. Absolute Machinery reserves the right to bid on and/or remove any particular Lot on behalf of any and all prospective buyers.
Absolute Machinery Corporation is the selling agent for GE-Mexico. Payments must be made to Absolute Machinery Corporation and all export paperwork will be provided by GE-Mexico once payment is accepted. Please note that export paperwork may take up to 72 hours to be disseminated.
Bidder accepts the general Terms and Conditions and these Special Terms and Conditions before placing any offers; and Seller has the right to accept or refuse any and all offers for any reason. All high offers will be reviewed by Seller, and those placing the high offers will be contacted directly.

PAYMENT & TAXES
All winners who meet or exceed the set Reserve prices will receive an invoice within 24 hours after completion of the auction. Payment is due by close of business on September 21, 2012. All Sales are in US dollars. Payment must be paid via wire transfer, ACH transfer, cashiers check, Mastercard, or Visa ($2,000 limit on credit card purchases). Banking information will be provided on your invoice.
RESERVE
The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. On lots upon which there is a reserve, the auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller. Note that reserves have been adjusted to offset the necessary additional VAT tax.
REFUNDS
No refunds or adjustments will be made once an item has been removed from the auction site. All refunds and adjustments are solely at the discretion of Absolute Machinery Corporation.
RIGGING & REMOVAL
RIGGING AND REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. Any buyer or rigger, who removes their lots from the auction site will need to provide a certificate of insurance prior to removal. All removal activity must be in accordance with OSHA guidelines and safety standards.
