TERMS OF SALE
All Bidders and other persons attending this sale agree that they have read and have full knowledge of these terms and agree to be bound thereby:

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Absolute Machinery Corporation makes every attempt to accurately describe each item in the auction; however, equipment descriptions are intended only as a guide, their accuracy is not guaranteed, and a mistake may occur. This is especially important to know for Internet bidding. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND EITHER WRITTEN OR IMPLIED. 

Occasionally, additional information regarding any and all items being sold may come to light during the auction and take precedence. Any available information relating to the condition and other information from any available appraisal and/or inspection report is being provided by third parties unrelated to Seller or any of its affiliates. Seller and its affiliates have no responsibility and make no representation or warranty of any kind with respect to such information, appraisal and/or inspection report. Any usage and/or reliance on any such information, appraisal and/or inspection report shall be at Bidder's sole risk.

Absolute Machinery reserves the right to bid on and/or remove any particular Lot on behalf of any and all prospective buyers. Bidder accepts the general Terms and Conditions before placing any offers; and Seller has the right to accept or refuse any and all offers for any reason. All high offers will be reviewed by Seller and Bidder will then be contacted directly.

All purchases will include an additional Buyers Premium of 18%.

ITEM RESERVES
Bidders must meet or exceed the set auction Reserve price (if any) to be considered as having the high offer for any item. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. On lots upon which there is a Reserve, the auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the Seller. 

PAYMENT & TAXES

All winners that meet or exceed the set Reserve Prices will receive an invoice within 24 hours after the auction closes. Full payment is due by the close of business on Monday, June 15, 2020. Any unpaid winning bids will be considered forfeited and the Auctioneer will award them to the next highest bidder. Rigging, loading, crating and delivery costs are not included in the price. The Auctioneer can offer the names of local companies that can assist in packing, crating, and loading (we make no representations or warranties for these companies and you are not required to use them).  All sales are in US Dollars and are FINAL. Payment must be made via wire transfer, ACH transfer, cashiers check, Mastercard or Visa (maximum allowable limit on credit card payments is set at $2,000.00). Wire transfer information will be provided upon request.

All items are subject to local sales tax based upon their location that is included with each lot.  For an order to be exempt from local tax, the successful bidder must provide a completed and signed state exemption certificate for each locality the lot is located in. If the successful bidder is purchasing the lot to resell,  a state resale certificate for the appropriate tax jurisdiction must be provided for each lot purchased.

The auctioneer does not provide any warranty on the lots purchased nor assume any responsibility for its timely removal. All lots are sold “As Is; Where is”.

REFUNDS
No refunds or adjustments will be made once an item has been removed from the auction site. All refunds and adjustments are solely at the discretion of Absolute Machinery Corporation. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND EITHER WRITTEN OR IMPLIED.

RIGGING & REMOVAL
RIGGING AND REMOVAL IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. Any buyer or rigger, who removes their lots from the auction site will need to provide a certificate of insurance prior to removal. All removal activity must be in accordance with OSHA guidelines and safety standards. 

REMOVAL MAY BEGIN WHEN THE AUCTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND PAYMENT IN FULL HAS BEEN MADE. Please contact Katie Do at 508-792-4305 x102 to schedule a removal appointment.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY WEDNESDAY, JULY 15, 2020 UNLESS AGREED UPON PRIOR BY ABSOLUTE MACHINERY OR A SURCHARGE OF $100/DAY WILL RESULT.
