Complete listing coming soon. 2 sawmills including carriages & tracks, log deck, blower, chipper, debarker, edger, conveyors and more; Yale 4000 lb. forklift; Baker 3 head resaw; 56 plus cube bolt bin with 6 plastic boxes of bolts per bin including many started boxes of misc. bolts and other fasteners. Lots of new in the box Stanley hinges, latches, pulls etc. Tools including snips, screwdrivers, 9 new Fuller pipe wrenches; Auction Terms and Information: Cash, Check or Credit Card w/valid ID. There is a 15% buyer’s premium for Online bidding with an additional 3% for all credit card purchases. Absentee Max-Bid Program is available for this auction, call 330-749-4362. Air Works Auction Owners, employees and associates including sub-contractors are not responsible or liable for accidents causing personal harm or damage to the items of the seller or buyer, or for damages to personnel or vehicles and trailers on the auction premises including any onsite or offsite parking area, including a fall from slippery conditions. – No refunds will be given to the buyer and the buyer will be held responsible to make full payment of his/her items with no exceptions according to law. Buyers will need to have a paid receipt before loading, no exceptions. The buyer is responsible for dismantling and preparing equipment for loading. Seller assistance for loading is available on Oct. 17, 18, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily. Otherwise, it will need to be by appointment. Any titled vehicles will have the sales tax removed from the invoice and you will remit the tax when you register the vehicle. If your payment is processed through ATGPay, they collect and remit sales tax. We have no control over this, and you must have a sales tax form on file with them. Airworks Consignment Auction will not give refunds on sales tax, they must be processed from ATGPay specifically. All items are sold 'As Is Where Is' The Air Works Consignment Auction Ltd. acts only as an agent of the seller and assumes no responsibility for seller statements. All items sell as is where is with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items and equipment before bidding on them as the winning bidder is committing to a legally binding purchase. We have good, trusted sellers and ask to sellers to represent their items in an ethical manner but ask that you the buyer understand you are purchasing items and equipment upon your own final inspection and discretion. All items are to be removed from the premises by the purchaser. In all disputed bids, the decision of the auctioneer on the stand is final. The sales price is the price recorded by the clerk on the clerking sheet at the time of the sale. If you question this price, we will endeavor to check with the clerk and the auctioneer. However, if they don't recall the item or a difference in price, the price on the clerking sheet shall stand and you are expected to pay for the item. Purchaser assumes responsibility for items at the time of purchase (i.e., when the auctioneer declares the item sold). Do not leave items unattended. When an item is sold, the buyer is responsible for it, including damage and theft. All items sell as is where is with no warranties or guarantees.
