All credit cards on file with a purchase under $2,000 will be processed within 24 hours of the auction event, and an additional 3.9% card fee will be charged. If you spend over $2,000, you will be asked to send an alternate payment method at the auction company's discretion. Suppose you are coming to pick up your items the week after the auction, and your total is over $2,000. In that case, you will be asked to send a wire transfer for your purchases before picking up your items or mail a certified check to Air works Auction PO Box 242, Kidron OH 44636, as all items need to be paid for before picking up. Immediately Available Funds: Bidders' bids are not subject to financing. Shipping Instructions: The buyer is responsible for picking up the purchased items during allotted removal dates and times. Air Works Auction reserves the right to hold any and all individuals bidding personally liable for full payment of all winning bids and any and all obligations incurred in relation to said winning bid, whether incurred on behalf of their employer or principal or not. Please Note we are required to collect local sales tax on most auctions. If you Have a tax ID number and are tax-exempt, we ask that you put it on file with Proxibid. If you have a valid reason to be tax-exempt and don’t have a tax ID Number, You can fill out and exemption form and send it to us and we will remove or refund the tax. Any titled vehicles will have the sales tax removed from the invoice and you will remit the tax when you register the vehicle. If your payment is processed through ATGPay, they collect and remit sales tax. We have no control over this, and you must have a sales tax form on file with them. Airworks Consignment Auction will not give refunds on sales tax, they must be processed from ATGPay specifically. All items sell as is where is with no warranties or guarantees. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items and equipment before bidding on them as the winning bidder is committing to a legally binding purchase. We have good, trusted sellers and ask our sellers to represent their items in an ethical manner but ask that you the buyer understand you are purchasing items and equipment upon your own final inspection and discretion.
