Description
The LabelMax85 Labeling System is a compact and economically-priced label applicator that is ideal for production rates of up to 85 containers per minute. LabelMax85 features a programmable microprocessor that manages specific functions of the operation. The computerized controls are simple and dependable and allow the operator to match speeds of the labeler to the pre-set conveyor speed. Optical sensors ensure smooth and trouble-free operation. The Liquid Crystal (LCD) Front Panel Display provides real time information on the labeling process. The units' simplicity makes it ideal for packaging lines requiring frequent changeovers on a wide variety of products.
Process of Operation:
Containers are loaded onto the main inlet conveyor and are transported to the labeler. As each container enters the labeler, an optical sensor detects the presence, which allows the microprocessor to dispense a single label from the bulk, label-spool. Labels are then applied to each container, by way of the motor drive-belt assembly, which provides gentle label application while allowing for maximum throughput.

AUCTION FORMAT
Timed Online Auction w/ Staggered Close: Auction lots will close in a staggered format starting at 11am 30 to 60 seconds apart.
Bid Sniping Protection Enabled: In the event a bidder places a bid in the final moment, the close of that particular lot will be extended 30 to 60 seconds.
BUYER PREMIUM
15% Buyer Premium applies to any purchases made via the online bidding platform
SALES TAX
No Sales Tax applies.
REGISTRATION
A valid credit card is required in order to confirm bidders identity and will remain on file.
PAYMENT
Final Payment must be paid within 24 hours of auction. No Items can be removed until entire invoice is paid in full. Auctioneer reserves the right to resell buyer's lots if full payment is not made by 3PM next day.

We accept cash, cashier's checks, wire transfer or credit cards (accepted on invoices under $3,000 & a 2.5% processing fee applies for credit card purchases.)
AS-IS, WHERE IS
All items are sold "as is, where is" without warranty or guarantee. Please inspect all items carefully before bidding. There will be no re-bids or rebates after an item is sold. This catalog is presented strictly as a guide and is subject to errors and omissions.
PICK UP
Bidders are responsible for the safe removal of their items within 7 days of auction. More time can be alotted bidders of larger equipment. Please speak to the auctioneer about more time if working within this timeline is an issue. Storage charges will be assessed for inventory which is not removed within 7 days of auction. After 30 days, items will be deemed abandoned by purchaser.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No returns or adjustments will be made after the auction. Bidders who elect to pay their balance by credit card understand an additional 3% convenience fee applies and agree to relinquish any and all rights to charge backs.
DISPUTES / DISCREPANCIES
Record of sale kept by the Auctioneer will be taken as final in the event of any dispute. In the event the auctioneer cannot release all or part of the lot, the extent of the auctioneer's responsibility will be to refund all monies paid in connection with the lot in question. No adjustments will be made to an invoice once the inventory leaves the premises.
LIABILITY
All persons attending, inspecting or removing merchandise assume all risks whatsoever of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release the Auctioneer and Seller formal liability therefore. Auctioneer and Seller shall not be liable by reason of any defect in condition of the merchandiser premises on which the sale is held. Auctioneer at his sole discretion may require insurance and/or the use of a commercial rigger based upon the level of difficulty removing a piece of equipment.
Additional Terms of Sale may be announced by auctioneer on day of auction and a bid signifies acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
