After payment is received in full by Alex Cooper Auctioneers, Inc., Buyer will be given until close of business at 4:30 pm (ET) on Monday, March 31, 2025 to remove any items purchased. If additional time is needed buyer MUST get approval from Alex Cooper Auctioneers, Inc. IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME, BUYER FORFEITS ITEMS AND ANY PAYMENTS RECEIVED BY Alex Cooper Auctioneers, Inc. Removal of items at other specified location require an appointment to be made by Buyer with Alex Cooper Auctioneers, Inc. to schedule pickup. Removal shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the Buyer.

These are the complete and only terms and conditions on which all property is offered for sale. All Bidders and other persons participating in this sale agree that they have read and have full knowledge of these terms and agree to be bound thereby. All Items are listed to the best of the auctioneer’s ability, but are sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied. Under these Terms and Conditions, the term “Bidder” and “Purchaser” shall be used interchangeable and be one of the same. By bidding in this auction, prospective bidders agree to be bound by the following:
Registration. All bidders must register their name, permanent street address (no P.O. Boxes please), and phone number prior to the auction. Bidders will be required to register with a credit card for verification purposes.
Terms of Sale. The highest bidder for each lot shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, at the sole discretion of the auctioneer, the disputed lot shall be put up again at the last undisputed bid and resold. All sales as-is, where-is, all sales FINAL with no warranty or fitness of merchantability implied.
Buyer's Premium. Auctioneer will charge and retain a non-negotiable 18% buyer's commission from the proceeds of any sale on the final bid of each lot sold ('Buyer's Premium').
Taxes. Where required by law, Buyer shall pay Auctioneer sales tax. Tax will be added to the purchase price of all purchased items, as well as the Buyer's Premium. At the time of payment, dealers who purchase for resale must supply a completed copy of the tax-exempt form.
Payment. Buyer's credit card used during registration will be charged the next day after the auction for the winning bid plus buyer's premium and all applicable fees, unless Buyer reaches out to Alex Cooper Auctioneer's Inc. to request payment via ACH and wire transfer. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. If requesting ACH or wire payment, please contact Alex Cooper Auctioneers, Inc. at 410-828-4838 or acaccounting@alexcooper.com for instructions to complete your payment. Payment is due in full within 48 hours after the end of the auction.
Condition of Articles Sold and Lot Descriptions. Alex Cooper Auctioneers, Inc. does not warrant the condition of any lot sold. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD “AS IS”, and neither Alex Cooper Auctioneers, Inc. nor the consignor makes any warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the property or its value, and in no event shall they be responsible for correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance, authenticity, authorship, completeness, condition of the property or estimate of its value. No statement (oral or written) in lot descriptions, at the auction, or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation, or any assumption of responsibility. Prospective bidders are urged to contact Alex Cooper Auctioneers, Inc. directly for additional information regarding any lot. THERE SHALL BE NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON.
