FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is
the bidder`s responsibility to determine condition,
age,genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.

merchandise in advertising , on the internet and at the
auction but makes no representations.In no event shall
American Auctioneers LLC be held responsible for having made
or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

All items must be removed within 48 hour of the said
auction.There will be a $500.00 a day charge per item for
all buyers not removing their purchased items within the 48
hour period. Removal of the items purchased hereunder shall
be at the sole expense, liability, and risk of the buyer and
be completed within 48 hours of purchase.Buyer is
responsible for providing all labor, material, insurance to
properly execute removal and Buyer shall comply to with all
applicable laws and regulations related thereto.

Buyer shall indemnify and hold auctioneer harmless from and
against all claims and liabilities relating to this auction.
In the event any legal action is taken against Auctioneers
in matters concerning this auction the sellers agree to
indemnify auctioneers in any such matters.
The auctioneer may add other items and conditions to the
sale and these would be announced prior to the auction.

In the case of default of full payment of invoices within
the time specified, the auctioneer in addition to all other
remedies allowed by law may retain all monies received as
deposit or otherwise as liquidated damages. Lots that are
not paid for or removed in the said time period may be sold
at another public or private sale without further notice,
and any deficiency, together will all expenses and charges
or resale will be charged to the defaulting purchaser.
