Auction Terms and Conditions

NOTICE:  All assets are selling on an item-by-item basis. 

Special Terms:  All assets sell "AS IS WHERE IS" with no warranty.  There shall be no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise as to the merchantability, or fitness of batteries.  While the assets ran when received they may have been sitting for an extended period.

Inspection: All the assets will be available for inspection: By Appointment Only.

Asset Pick up: Pick up time for the auction is by appointment only September 24 - October 8, 2025. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

Buyer Premium: A 17% Buyer Premium will be added to the high bid amount to determine the full purchase amount. By example, if your high bid is $1000.00 your full purchase amount will be $1170.00.

Payment: Payment must be made in full in USD within 3 business days of the auction invoice being sent. Payment may be made by wire transfer. You will be emailed an invoice within 48 business hours of the auction conclusion to the email address you registered with.

Tax Exemption: The State of FL, TX, NC, and CA requires that we charge sales tax for this auction. If you are tax exempt, please request a form and email lbeck@assetiqllc.com by the conclusion of the auction.

Shipping Instructions:   All purchases are "FOB auction site."  Customer/Buyer shall assume title from Asset IQ upon pick-up at auction site.  Customer/Buyer is responsible for all shipping!   Customer/Buyer is responsible for additional expense incurred due to transportation requirements.  Please make sure you are checking with your carrier for any special requirements, ie. palletizing, crating, draining of fluids, etc.  When calling to schedule appointment for pick up any special requirements will need to be arranged with the pickup location.  Any items that have not been picked up within 14 business days will be subject to a $10 per day storage charge, beginning on day 15, which must be paid before the release of any equipment.

Some items sell subject to lease payoff amount. Some items may be available for sale prior to auction. Assets are subject to additions and deletions.

It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.  Asset IQ, LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Asset IQ, LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

Bidders who bid from off site and have not previewed the item(s) in person understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Asset IQ, LLC shall make every effort to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Asset IQ, LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase for any reason.
