G) We attempted to describe all the items to try to give you a visual description of the items you are bidding on. THE PICTURES FOR EACH AUCTION LISTING ARE THE ACTUAL PICTURES OF THE ITEM. PLEASE VIEW ALL PICTURES FOR ANY IMPERFECTIONS, DISCOLORIZATIONS, DENTS, SCRATCHES OR DAMAGES.

Under no circumstances Bendis Companies Inc.be liable for any loss, damage, expense, incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising with the inability to use the products. Buyer acknowledge, understands that the Equipment sold may be dangerous if improperly used. Buyer acknowledges that they must contact the original manufacturer to obtain up-to-date instructions and operation manuals and other information to insure the safe operation of equipment. The Auctioneer and Seller ( Bendis Companies Inc will not be responsible for any loss or injury resulting from defects or alleged defects in the Equipment or from the subsequent use of the items. Bendis Companies Inc will not be responsible for any internet outages, power outages or internet pauses as the auction sale is hosted cloud based through BIDSPOTTER.COM . Any discrepancies regarding catalog listing errors for a purchased item must be emailed to Diane@Bendiscompay.com within 24 hours of item possession. 1. Resellers: Exemption is allowed with completed certificates.

1. Shipment out of state: Sales tax must be paid and will be reimbursed upon receipt of required documentation (bill of lading showing goods left ID, since we are NOT the shipper). We must be notified ahead of time if you will be supplying this to us to avoid delays, please send proof within 30 days. 

We will charge Sales Tax until we are supplied with the appropriate completed US state resale or manufacturing exemption form: Sales Tax Certificates e-mail to diane@bendiscompany.com.

1. Resellers: A sales tax exemption is allowed for companies purchasing for the purpose of resale.
