TERMS: Everything is selling on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" with NO Guarantees or Warranties of any kind. It is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect before bidding. Everything is to be paid for in full on day of auction with Wire Transfer within 48 hrs., Visa, MC, Discover, Debit & Cashier Checks.
10% Buyer's Premium is in effect for Onsite buyers & a 13%
Buyer's Premium for Online buyers. If we do not receive payment from you within the 48hrs, we will charge your credit card that you registered with. Removal is the buyer's responsibility, expense and risk. Buyer has 5 Business days to remove items. All Bidspotter Participants must Pre-Register by 4pm on Friday January 27, 2012.

Pending Approval of Registration, you will receive an e-mail to accept all terms & conditions. You must reply back with a response of "YES, I AGREE", you must indicate your name, drivers license number and state of issuance in order to be approved as a registered bidder. You will not be approved if you don't reply to our e-mail.
