Real Estate: Taxes will be prorated at closing. 10% of the high bid amount is required down the day of the auction. Seller guarantees good insurable title. Buyer is responsible for closing cost. Closed within 30 days. Broker participation.
Conditions: All property to be sold ?as is where is?, . A ten percent (10%) buyer?s premium will be added to the winning bid price to arrive at the total contract price paid by the buyer.
Payment: Cash, Check with bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard, Visa, & Discover.
Removal: All equipment must be removed by Friday October 5th 5pm CDT, unless other arrangements are made with auction company.
