No removal to begin until invoice is paid in full. Removal will begin July 11th and must be completed by July 18th at 4 pm, no exceptions. Loadout will be by appointment only and will be during Monday through Friday, 9 am to 3 pm. All forklift will be done by pre-selected, insured contractor ONLY, domestic loading fee will be added to your invoice. No self removal of large items requiring forklift assistance will be allowed. Items listed as "Local Pickup Only" must be picked up locally and done without the help of staff onsite. If assistance is required to load, or shipped with a larger piece requiring forklift assistance, an additional fee will be added to your invoice after the auction is completed.
