Terms: Cash, good check & credit cards. Sign up with 2 forms of ID. Selling "AS IS-WHERE IS"...no warranties are implied, expressed or guaranteed.
Buyers Premium Rates:
10% Buyers Premium on cash/checks for live bidding (in person)
13% Buyers Premium on all credit/debit cards for live bidding (in person)
13% Buyers Premium on all cash/wire transfer, checks for online bids (via computer)
5% deposit must be made by credit card day of sale for internet winning bids on vehicles (Buyer's Premium waived)
*If paying cash: You may leave with title and vehicle day of sale.
*If paying for vehicle by either cashier’s check OR personal check: You will need to provide a letter from your bank on bank letterhead stating your name, verification of your funds and your bidding limit, account number or last 4 digits. Bank officer name and phone number must be on letterhead. Once you sign our Troth Auctioneering waiver, you may then remove vehicle from premises.*Title may take up to 21 business days to be sent out.
*We will also require a copy of proof of car insurance.
