General Info:

The AccuRate® series volumetric feeding systems are available for every feeding application. Their most outstanding properties are their economy and flexibility, as well as their ease of integration into existing production lines. With feed rates ranging from approximately 0.000017 to 280ft3/h (0.1/h to 8,000I/h), the feeding system can be used for continuous feeding, charging, and batching. It can process bulk solids with a particle size of up to 10 mm. Model 10 The AccuRate® Model 10 is easily disassembled for cleaning or for applications that require separate hoppers for different materials. The Tuf-Flex™ hopper in the Model 10 can be changed in less than two minutes without tools. Further advantages The AccuRate® Series volumetric feeders come equipped with easy to remove outside panels, stainless steel construction, lifetime lubricated bearings, double shaft seals to prevent powder leakage, gasketed covers, and vinyl hoppers that are agitated on the exterior for gentle product discharge. A large inlet prevents bridging and the rounded corners on the vinyl hopper help provide an uninterrupted flow.

Reading Baking Solutions Clam Shell Continuous Mixer
1 Used Reading Baking Solutions Clam Shell Continuous Mixer

MDL: 0x001-000-2013-7099
S/N: J115043-040
Dimensions: 6.5” opening at the top, 77”L of shell, 18” diameter,
Length of blades: 6.5”
Rectangular outlet: 13.25” x 9.5”
VAC: 480
Hz: 60
Amps: 50
Phase: 3
Overall Dimensions: 120” L x 52” H

General Info:

These continuous processors feature an optional clamshell barrel design that opens quickly and easily to access the paddles and screws for cleaning, inspection, and/or adjustments to the configuration. Opening automatically at the push of a button, the proprietary clamshell barrel design uses hydraulic power to raise the barrel and expose the interior, while also locking the barrel safely in place. The design eliminates the cranes, hoists, and other equipment needed to access the screws and paddles using traditional barrel designs along with their need for extra floor space as temporary barrel storage during cleaning and maintenance. Developed for food, plastics, chemical, pharmaceutical, and other processors, the clamshell design speeds the changeover process and promotes complete cleaning to virtually eliminate the potential for cross-contamination. The clamshell design is suitable for automatically mixing, compounding, reacting, crystallizing, encapsulating, preconditioning, and other processes that require multiple powdered, liquid, and viscous materials to be combined into a uniform, homogeneous product. The clamshell design is custom-engineered with the continuous processor for each installation to accommodate nearly any material including abrasives, corrosives, and materials requiring FDA, USDA, and/or 3A compliance. This Clam Shell Mixer was used in the process of creating protein chips

Reading Baking Systems Rotary Presser/Sheeter
1 Used Reading Baking Systems Rotary Presser/Sheeter

Reading Baking Systems Rotary Cutter with extra dies
1 Used Reading Baking Systems Rotary Cutter With Extra Dies

MFG: Reading Baking Systems
Overall Dimensions: 172”L x 70”W x 78” Height
Conveyor Height: 46”H

General Info:

The Rotary Cutting Station accurately and continuously cuts distinct product shapes out of a single dough sheet. Operators can adjust the pressure on the dough sheet during operation to ensure a thorough cut and consistent piece production. Features:  May be designed with two or more die rolls for complex shape production or used independently for different products on the same line. An integrated scrap removal system may be mounted on the discharge end of the machine. Scrap dough can be discharged and re-routed to the dough handling system for reuse. The gap between the conveyor and die roll and the pressure exerted on the conveyor belt is adjustable. Dough sheet thickness is typically between .89mm (.035”) and 1.65mm (.065”) prior to cutting, but thicker sheets may be accommodated. Die rolls can be engraved bronze, coated metals, or plastic cups
