Payment: Payment in full is due no later than Saturday, March 27, 2021
Forms of payment accepted: Wire transfer, Zelle, and Cash; PayPal will be accepted for invoices that are less than $5000. An additional 3% will apply to purchases being paid for with PayPal.

Cash on pick up is available until Saturday, March 27, 2021 

Removal:  All small items shall be removed no later than Monday, March 29, 2021. Pick up deadline is FIRM!

Large items, requiring a third- party rigging service, shall have until Wednesday, March 31, 2021 to remove purchased items.

Buyer is fully responsible for removing all purchased items.

CLT will offer FREE forklift loading up to 5,000lbs at this sale. Loading only; shipping preparations and or any dismantling, removing cabinets, or gathering items is the buyers’ responsibility. Buyer is responsible for manual loading; please bring sufficient manpower. Free forklift loading will take place on 3/26, 3/27, 3/29 only. Our forklift is arriving on 3/26 and is being picked up on 3/29 @4:00pm

Only Riggers approved by CLT Auctions will be permitted to remove and load equipment requiring the use of Forklifts, Cranes etc. (Insurance is required for approval)

Agree that they have read and have full knowledge of these terms and agree to be bound thereby.  All buyers acknowledge and accept with their registration for the auction the terms and conditions of the sale as stated on this page.

         **All Sales are considered Final and sold "AS-IS", "Where-Is" with no warranty or refund**   

INSPECTION: Inspection will be on: Tuesday, March 23, 2021.

Virtual Inspection via Facebook Live will be 12:00pm – 2:00pm.

Limited On-site Inspection will be 2:00pm – 4:00pm

Buyer hereby acknowledges that Buyer or an agent acting on Buyer's behalf, has inspected, or has had the opportunity to inspect, all of the items upon which Buyer will be bidding and/or does purchase.

Bidder acknowledges that an auction site is a potentially hazardous place. Flammable, noxious, corrosive and pressurized substances may be present, heavy equipment may be in operation, and electric circuits may be energized.  Every person at the auction site before, during and after  the auction sale, shall be deemed to be there at his/her own risk with notice of the condition of the premises, the activities on the premises, and conduct of third parties; and the bidder shall so advise his/her agents and employees. No person shall have any claim against CLT, its consignors, agents, employees, directors or principals for any injuries sustained or for damages to or loss of personal property, which may occur from any cause whatsoever.

 BIDDING: Bidding begins to close on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 10:00am PST in 30 second intervals. All bidding will be in US Dollars. CLT reserves the right to reject a bid from any Bidder. The highest Bidder as acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the Purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on the part of CLT as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer shall have the sole discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the lot in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, CLT's sales record shall be conclusive in all respects. CLT reserves the right to withdraw any property at any time before actual sale. Unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer at the time of sale, all bids are per lot as numbered in the catalog. On lots upon which there is a reserve, the auctioneer or his assigned agents, shall have the right to bid on behalf of the seller up to and including the reserve amount.
