Buyer hereby acknowledges that Buyer or an agent acting on Buyer's behalf, has inspected, or has had the opportunity to inspect, all of the items upon which Buyer will be bidding and/or does purchase.
Bidder acknowledges that an auction site is a potentially hazardous place. Flammable, noxious, corrosive and pressurized substances may be present, heavy equipment may be in operation, and electric circuits may be energized. Every person at the auction site before, during and after the auction sale, shall be deemed to be there at his/her own risk with notice of the condition of the premises, the activities on the premises, and conduct of third parties; and the bidder shall so advise his/her agents and employees. No person shall have any claim against CLT, its consignors, agents, employees, directors or principals for any injuries sustained or for damages to or loss of personal property, which may occur from any cause whatsoever.
BIDDING: Bidding begins to close on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 beginning at 1:00pm ET in 30 second intervals. All bidding will be in US Dollars. CLT reserves the right to reject a bid from any Bidder. The highest Bidder as acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the Purchaser. In the event of any dispute between bidders, or in the event of doubt on the part of CLT as to the validity of any bid, the auctioneer shall have the sole discretion either to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the lot in dispute. If any dispute arises after the sale, CLT's sales record shall be conclusive in all respects. CLT reserves the right to withdraw any property at any time before actual sale. Unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer at the time of sale, all bids are per lot as numbered in the catalog. On lots upon which there is a reserve, the auctioneer or his assigned agents, shall have the right to bid on behalf of the seller up to and including the reserve amount.
PAYMENT: Payment in full is due upon receipt of invoice and no later than Friday, October 18, 2024.

Your bid is a binding contract. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay for the item. You are responsible for your bids. CLT Auctions/Sebastiano Machinery Inc. reserves the right to refuse any applicant the privilege of bidding and may revoke such privilege at any time. CLT reserves the right to request a deposit during the bid process.
Buyer’s Premium: 16.0% buyer’s premium will apply to all purchases. Buyer’s premium is defined as an additional charge owned by the buyer/bidder above and beyond the highest accepted bid amount.
Deposit: Anyone outside of the United States will be required to wire transfer a minimum deposit of $5000 US Dollars to be approved for all bidding, NO EXCEPTIONS. All deposits must be received 48 hours prior to auction end time. CLT Auctions/ Sebastiano Machinery Inc. may require a deposit from US bidders prior to granting permission to bid at this sale. All deposits are fully refundable if no purchase has been made.
TAXES: Sales tax will be applied to all applicable sales unless purchaser has proper exemption.
Purchasers are responsible for knowing if they qualify to claim exemption from tax in the state that would otherwise be due tax on this sale. The purchaser will be held liable for any tax and interest, and possibly civil and criminal penalties imposed by the member state, if the purchaser is not eligible to claim this exemption.
Purchase of any lot is at the Purchaser’s risk with risk of loss immediately passing to Purchaser upon the
Auctioneer’s call or timed auction end. Neither CLT, nor its consignors, have any liability of any nature whatsoever to Purchaser if the lot is not delivered to Purchaser due to fire, theft, damage, or any other cause.
All property is sold “AS IS," where is". Neither CLT Auctions nor the consignor makes any representation or warranty, oral or written expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, condition of the property, correctness of the description, condition, capacity, age or any other details used to describe the property. Absolutely NO RETURN of sold goods, NO REFUNDS, and NO EXCHANGES will be permitted.
Absolutely no warranty or representation, written or oral, is given with any lot. All statements contained in CLT's catalog/website, marketing material or by the auctioneers, or in any bill of sale, invoice or elsewhere as to description, title, size, quantity, quality, capacity, model, serial number, measurements or condition, are approximated statements and shall not be deemed to be representations or warranties, oral or written, with respect to any lot. No sale is invalid or made void by reason of any flaw in a lot or by reason of a lot being incorrectly described, and CLT and the consignor will not be liable and no compensation will be paid for any such fault or error of description. Articles purchased may not incorporate approved activating mechanisms, operating safety devices or safety guards, as required by OSHA or otherwise. It is purchaser's responsibility that articles purchased be so equipped and safeguarded to meet OSHA and any other requirements before placing such articles into operation. The auctioneer is acting as agent only and is not responsible for the acts of its principles/consignors.
REMOVAL / RIGGING: No article shall be removed unless paid in full.
Unless otherwise arranged with the auctioneer, storage fees will be charged at the rate of $250.00 per day per item not removed by the posted removal deadline. All items remaining onsite after the posted deadline will be relocated. Rigging and relocating costs are the sole responsibly of the purchaser. The purchaser shall be responsible for all costs of removal and shall be liable for any damage, including without limitation, any environmental damage, caused during or as a result of the removal. Purchasers shall comply with all environmental laws and regulations and all requirements established by the auctioneer for the removal of articles, including requirements as to bonding of movers. Purchaser shall fully indemnify CLT Auctions/Sebastiano Machinery Inc and its consignors for any loss arising from damage to any person property or real property caused to any extent by Purchaser’s removal of the lots purchased. Any company or individual, loading any equipment requiring the use of Forklifts, Cranes etc., will be required to carry comprehensive liability insurance written by an insurance carrier of national standing, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) and naming CLT Auctions and or CLT’s consigners as an additional insured. Removal of all items must take place during CLT’s posted hours and dates for removal. The purchaser shall be fully responsible for all costs associated with extended removal hours and/or days.
Forklift Loading: CLT will offer free forklift loading for small items and reduced loading fees for small machinery at this sale. See item description for loading fee. Forklift loading may be available up to 4,000 lbs. for a fee. In some cases, CLT may not be able to load an item that is under 4,000 lbs. if the auctioneer determines that a professional rigger will be required.
In most cases, it will be noted in the lot description that CLT will not be able to load the item. CLT reserves the right to refuse to load an item in a manner that the machine operator is not comfortable with or does not comply with CLT’s safety policies. CLT may refuse to load equipment on a vehicle or trailer that is not appropriate for the equipment being picked up or CLT’s staff feels it may be a safety concern.
Forklift loading does not include manual loading or preparations of any kind. CLT does not dismantle or prep any items for shipping. CLT will not provide manual labor for loading. If you purchased an item that must be gathered or loaded by hand, please bring the appropriate materials and manpower required to complete the task. CLT will assist with a forklift if needed in most cases. Items are loaded on a first come first serve basis.
Shipping and Freight preparation: All shipping preparations and arrangements are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.CLT Auctions does not ship and/or arrange items to be shipped. The purchaser may hire a third- party provider at his/her own risk. CLT Auctions may provide a list of local service providers for the buyer’s convenience. CLT Auctions does not assume any responsibility or liability for all third- party service providers hired or contracted by the purchaser. All statements contained in CLT's catalog/website, marketing material or by the auctioneers, or in any bill of sale, invoice or elsewhere as to description, title, size, quantity, quality, capacity, model, serial number, measurements or condition, are approximated statements and shall not be deemed to be representations or warranties, oral or written, with respect to any lot. No sale is invalid or made void by reason of any flaw in a lot or by reason of a lot being incorrectly described, and CLT and the consignor will not be liable and no compensation will be paid for any such fault or error of description. Articles purchased may not incorporate approved activating mechanisms, operating safety devices or safety guards, as required by OSHA or otherwise. It is purchaser's responsibility that articles purchased be so equipped and safeguarded to meet OSHA and any other requirements before placing such articles into operation. The auctioneer is acting as agent only and is not responsible for the acts of its principles/consignors.
REMOVAL / RIGGING: No article shall be removed unless paid in full.
Unless otherwise arranged with the auctioneer, storage fees will be charged at the rate of $250.00 per day per item not removed by the posted removal deadline. All items remaining onsite after the posted deadline will be relocated. Rigging and relocating costs are the sole responsibly of the purchaser. The purchaser shall be responsible for all costs of removal and shall be liable for any damage, including without limitation, any environmental damage, caused during or as a result of the removal. Purchasers shall comply with all environmental laws and regulations and all requirements established by the auctioneer for the removal of articles, including requirements as to bonding of movers. Purchaser shall fully indemnify CLT Auctions/Sebastiano Machinery Inc and its consignors for any loss arising from damage to any person property or real property caused to any extent by Purchaser’s removal of the lots purchased. Any company or individual, loading any equipment requiring the use of Forklifts, Cranes etc., will be required to carry comprehensive liability insurance written by an insurance carrier of national standing, in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) and naming CLT Auctions and or CLT’s consigners as an additional insured. Removal of all items must take place during CLT’s posted hours and dates for removal. The purchaser shall be fully responsible for all costs associated with extended removal hours and/or days.
Forklift Loading: CLT will offer free forklift loading for small items and reduced loading fees for small machinery at this sale. See item description for loading fee. Forklift loading may be available up to 4,000 lbs. for a fee. In some cases, CLT may not be able to load an item that is under 4,000 lbs. if the auctioneer determines that a professional rigger will be required.
In most cases, it will be noted in the lot description that CLT will not be able to load the item. CLT reserves the right to refuse to load an item in a manner that the machine operator is not comfortable with or does not comply with CLT’s safety policies. CLT may refuse to load equipment on a vehicle or trailer that is not appropriate for the equipment being picked up or CLT’s staff feels it may be a safety concern.
Forklift loading does not include manual loading or preparations of any kind. CLT does not dismantle or prep any items for shipping. CLT will not provide manual labor for loading. If you purchased an item that must be gathered or loaded by hand, please bring the appropriate materials and manpower required to complete the task. CLT will assist with a forklift if needed in most cases. Items are loaded on a first come first serve basis.
Shipping and Freight preparation: All shipping preparations and arrangements are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.CLT Auctions does not ship and/or arrange items to be shipped. The purchaser may hire a third- party provider at his/her own risk. CLT Auctions may provide a list of local service providers for the buyer’s convenience. CLT Auctions does not assume any responsibility or liability for all third- party service providers hired or contracted by the purchaser. Purchaser acknowledges that they shall have no rights or remedies against CLT Auctions
