All bidders and participants, by registering or attending this sale, confirm they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Inspection

• Date and Time: Tuesday, October 14th, 2025, 12:00pm-3:30pm ET
• Locations:

• Buyers are responsible for inspecting items or arranging for an agent to inspect on their behalf. The auction site may contain hazards, such as heavy equipment, flammable substances, or energized circuits. All attendees participate at their own risk and must inform their agents and employees. CLT Auctions, its consignors, agents, or employees are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred at the auction site.

2. Bidding

• Bidding begins to close on Wednesday, October 15th, 2025, at 1:00pm ET, with lots closing at 30-second intervals. If a bid is placed in the final moments, the bidding time for that lot will extend (soft close). All bids are in US dollars.
• The highest bidder, as determined by the auctioneer, wins the lot. CLT Auctions reserves the right to reject any bid, withdraw any lot before sale, or re-offer a lot to resolve disputes.
• If a lot has a reserve price (minimum bid set by the seller), the auctioneer will disclose this before bidding begins and may bid on behalf of the seller up to the reserve amount.
• All bids are per lot as numbered in the catalog, unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer. In case of disputes, CLT Auctions’ sales records are final.

3. Buyer’s Premium

• A 17% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid price of each lot (e.g., a $1,000 bid totals $1,170 plus applicable taxes).

4. Payment

• Deadline: Payment in full is due by Monday, October 20th, 2025.
• Accepted Methods:
• Wire transfer or Zelle.
• Credit Cards or PayPal for invoices under $5,000, with a 3% surcharge.
• Checks are not accepted.
• Deposits: International bidders must submit a $5,000 deposit via wire transfer at least 48 hours before the auction ends. US bidders may be required to submit a deposit at CLT Auctions’ discretion. Deposits are fully refundable if no purchase is made.
• Your bid is a binding contract. Do not bid if you cannot pay for the items. CLT Auctions reserves the right to refuse bidding privileges or request a deposit during the auction.

5. Taxes

• Sales tax applies to all purchases unless the buyer provides a valid tax exemption certificate. Buyers are responsible for confirming their eligibility for tax exemptions and liable for any taxes, interest, or penalties if ineligible.

6. Risk of Loss

• All items are sold As-Is, Where-Is, with no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, or description accuracy. No manufacturer’s warranties are provided for any items. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon the auctioneer’s call or the timed auction’s end. CLT Auctions and its consignors are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of purchased items due to fire, theft, or any other cause.

7. Removal

• Schedule: (No removal on auction day, 10/15)
• Gastonia Removal: Thursday 10/16 thru Friday 10/17: 10:00am – 5:30pm; Saturday 10/18: By Appointment
• Denver Removal: Saturday 10/18: By Appointment; Monday 10/20 thru Tuesday 10/21: 10:00am – 5:30pm.
• Possible extension for third party rigging companies.
• Free forklift loading for most items up to 5,000 lbs onto buyer-arranged transport.
• Storage Fees: Items not removed by October 21^st may incur a $250/day storage fee per item unless prior arrangements are made with CLT Auctions. Items remaining after the deadline may be relocated, with all rigging and relocation costs borne by the buyer.
• Liability: Buyers are responsible for all removal costs and any damage (including environmental) caused during removal. Buyers must comply with all environmental laws and auctioneer requirements, including bonding of movers if applicable.

8. Forklift Loading

• Free forklift loading may be available up to 5,000lbs

CLT reserves the right to refuse to load an item if:

• The auctioneer determines that a professional rigger is required. In most cases, lot descriptions will note if CLT cannot provide loading.

• the forklift operator is not comfortable with the method of loading,
• the method does not comply with CLT’s safety policies, or
• the buyer’s vehicle/trailer is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the equipment.

Important Notes

• Free forklift loading does not include dismantling, preparation, or manual loading.
• CLT staff will not provide manual labor for loading. Buyers must bring their own manpower and materials to gather or hand-load items.
• CLT will assist with forklift loading in most cases when appropriate.
• Loading is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

9. Shipping

• Buyers are solely responsible for arranging shipping and freight preparation. CLT Auctions does not provide shipping services but offers the following suggestions for convenience:

CLT Auctions is not liable for any issues with third-party shipping providers.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from this auction will be resolved through arbitration in Concord, North Carolina, under North Carolina law. CLT Auctions’ sales records are conclusive in all disputes.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

11. Data Privacy

• Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for auction purposes and protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
