Northfield Pilot Coater Basic Description * Pilot printing/coating machine consisting of unwind, Accuweb guide, dancers, servo drive rollers, Stork rotary screen printer, camera vision system, 4 x Dymax UV curing system, rewind with interleaf unwind (see attached layout drawing) * Allen Bradley Compact Logix PLC w PC based HMI for operator interface and data logging (PC needs a software upgrade or conversion to a different HMI interface) * Bosch Rexroth servo drive system * Originally designed for film and foil for PV membrane R&D * Web with 8" (12" roll face) * Currently setup for 208V, 3 phase, 50 amps * Compressed air: 80psi regulated and filtered * System can be rebuilt for different coating applications upon request, quoted by the original manufacturer Northfield Automation or others * Operating web speed and tension specification unavailable at this time * Year built: 2010 with very low use hours
