TERMS OF SALE:
Inspection: By Appointment.
The Buyers Premium is 16%. ( Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover).Note: Participating and bidding are considered a legally binding contract. It is prohibited to bid on any item that you are unable to pay for at the end of the sale.
Removal Time: Successful Buyers must remove within Seven Days after completion of sale, by appointment. Buyer is responsible for disassembly of Proofer, Water Meter, Walk in Coolers and Freezers. Loading and packing will be at Buyers expense.
