The next auction scheduled for our CBA Sale Yard #2 on HWY 264 between Greenville & Washington has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 16, 2022 starting at 10:00am. This will be a large auction including heavy equipment, forestry equipment, farm equipment, commercial vehicles, trailers, etc. This auction will be held live on location with online bidding available through Bidspotter.

YOU MUST REGISTER BEFORE 9 AM EST ON SALE DAY!!!!! 5000 lb Forklift will be available sale day and Thursday and Friday February 17th and 18th 8 till 4. All items that have to be trucked after the 18th will be by appointment. We ask that all items be removed by Friday 25th with no picup available Wednesday the 23rd morning hours. All pickups by appointment 8 till 4.
6.75% sales tax charged unless you have presented NC sales tax exemption 595E form. Sales tax not charged on titled vehicles. Boats are 3%
All items are sold on a "AS IS" basis. We have tried to give you the most correct information possible, but do not warranty anything other than clear title. We have taken pictures to show everything possible. Buyer is responsible for inspection of all items. Buyer is responsible for removal of all items. A 5% buyers premium per item with a 1,000 dollar cap per item for internet bidders. Items can be loaded sale day unitl 4pm. Buyer is responsible for all items when you buy them. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". If we know something is wrong we will announce it.
Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. is not responsible for interuptions in internet bidding if this occurs. The live auction may not stop if we have problems. This has not been an issue in the past with Bidspotter, but it can happen with all electronics.
Payment Methods:
Wiring instructions will be sent to successful bidders. All wires must be completed by Friday February 18th at 5 PM. A 6.75% sales tax is charged on all purchases (except for titled vehicles) unless you have presented a proper NC sales 595E tax exemption form. If you buy a titled vehicle you must e-mail mgurkins@countryboysauction.com with the proper information to transfer the title. The vehicle can be picked up immediately upon payment. Titles will be transferred upon guarantee of funds. Titles will be guaranteed. No titles may be left open.
