ALL OF THESE ITEMS WILL BE SOLD TOGETHER AS A PACKAGE FOR A SINGLE BID.
The Buyer will provide the landlord with proof of insurance giving the land lord listed coverage for removal of the equipment. The buyer will have (15) days from the close of the auction to remove all of the equipment. The buyer will provide the landlord with proof of insurance prior to moving the equipment. The buyer will be responsible for all expenses of removing the equipment, disconnecting and properly terminating all electrical and plumbing connections, and cost for sealing/capping any through wall or roof penetrations.
The landlord will provide the contractor to repair the roof from removal copper lines coming from the walk in. The lines must be removed and the rood repaired The buyer will be responsible for removing the copper lines then the roofer will repair the roof. The estimate for roof repair is 1,500 dollars. Please bid accordingly. if you want the roofer to remove the lines it will be an extra fee of 2 to 3 hundred dollars.

This online only auction is of the restaurant equipment from a former Primo Hoagies sub shop located in Wilmington, NC. All of the equipment in this location is like new and very lightly used. This equipment will be sold as a package, all the equipment will be sold for a single bid. This is all very nice equipment! The buyer will pay the full amount at the close of the auction. The buyer will have (15) days from the close of the auction to remove all of the equipment. The buyer will provide the landlord with proof of insurance prior to moving the equipment. The buyer will be responsible for all expenses of removing the equipment, disconnecting and properly terminating all electrical and plumbing connections, and cost for sealing/capping any through wall or roof penetrations. The landlord has a quote to fix the roof where the refirgeration lines for the walkin copper lines going go out of the roof. You have to remove the lines and then they will patch the roof. You must use his roof contractor and the quote for repair is approximatley 1,500 dollars if you remove the lines and 2 to 3 hundred more if they remove them.
5% Buyers Fee will be charged. 6.75% sales tax charged unless you have presented NC sales tax exemption 595E form.
All items are sold on a "AS IS" basis. We have tried to give you the most correct information possible, but do not warranty anything other than clear title. We have taken pictures to show everything possible. Buyer is responsible for inspection of all items. Buyer is responsible for removal of all items. A 5% buyers premium per item. Buyer is responsible for all items when you buy them. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". If we know something is wrong we will announce it. Buyer inspection is always encouraged. Creditors and individuals have the right to credit bid on their items or have the auction company do this for them.
Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. is not responsible for interruptions in internet bidding if this occurs. The live auction may not stop if we have problems. This has not been an issue in the past with Bidspotter, but it can happen with all electronics.
Payment Methods:
Wiring instructions will be sent to successful bidder. All wires must be completed by August 15th, 2025 at 5 PM. A 6.75% sales tax is charged on all purchases unless you have presented a proper NC sales 595E tax exemption form. taxes are included with out of State buyers.
