Onsite Inspection Preview 9/10/25 from 10AM to 2 PM  All items sold AS IS WHERE IS WITH NO WARRANTY other than clear title.   We have done our best to properly describe the items.  Inspection of all items is alwaysencouraged before bidding   If something was not wired up and in line, we have marked it Not in Production in the description.  If someone told us that it had an issue we have put it in the description.  This auction is being held by Order of or with Notice to the United States Federal Bankruptcy Court.  Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. has no knowledge of the use, condition, or functionality of any of these items. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to inspect the items and/or do all research prior to bidding.  Creditors have the right to credit bid or have the auctioneer bid for them.  These items are in the original facility with most items still hooked up as they were when operating.  We have taken pictures to show everything possible. Buyer is responsible for inspection of all items. Buyer is responsible for removal of all items.  A 5% buyers premium per item.  

6.75% sales tax charged unless you have presented NC sales tax exemption 595E form.  Sales tax not charged on titled vehicles.

Country Boys Auction & Realty, Inc. is not responsible for interruptions in internet bidding if this occurs.  This has not been an issue in the past with Bidspotter, but it can happen with all electronics.  Bidding before the last minute or day is always encouraged.  You could have problems with your computer.

Payment Methods:

Wiring instructions will be sent to successful bidders.  All wires must be completed by Monday September 22nd, 2025 at 5 PM.  A 6.75% sales tax is charged on all purchases (except for titled vehicles) unless you have presented a proper NC sales 595E tax exemption form.  Taxes are included with out of State buyers.  If you buy a titled vehicle, you must e-mail mgurkins@countryboysauction.com with the proper information to transfer the title. The vehicles can be picked up during scheduled pickup days and hours. Titles will be transferred upon guarantee of funds. Titles will be guaranteed. No titles may be left open.
