REGISTRATION:  You must register BEFORE bidding at this Timed Online Only Auction.  The Credit Card information you give at time of registration is ONLY to VALID Your Account … Remember to BRING YOUR TYPE OF PAYMENT to the AUCTION SITE to Pay BEFORE Removal.  All Invoices must be Paid-in-Full BEFORE removing any item – see INVOICE below.

BUYER'S PREMIUM:  All Successful Bids are charged a 15% Buyer's Premium, regardless of payment type (followed by 6.75% OH/Local Sales Tax, if applicable), resulting in the total invoice (if you intend to purchase a lift, see LIFT DISMANTLE FEES below).  This means that if your winning bids add up to $100.00, you will be charged $115.00 + Sales Tax (if applicable), at checkout ... any Dismantle Fee(s), will be added at checkout.

PAYMENT:  All Invoices must be Paid-in-Full by 12:00 (PM) Noon EDT on THURSDAY, August 10th, 2022, and BEFORE removing any item.  Payment Type:  Cash / Credit Card (Visa, MC, Discover or American Express) / Wire Transfer.

SALES TAX:  6.75% OH/Local Sales Tax will be collected, if applicable ... bring PROOF of Sales Tax Exemption to Auction Site - email to ddaco@att.net or fax 413-778-6310.

INVOICE:  You will receive an invoice via email from BidSpotter.com after conclusion of auction ... BRING YOUR INVOICE and type of payment to the AUCTION SITE to pay BEFORE removal ... OR if you prefer, send an email to ddaco@att.net after conclusion of auction requesting a Square Invoice (link) to pay online.  Remember:  All Invoices must be Paid-in-Full by 12:00 (PM) Noon EDT on THURSDAY, August 10th, 2022, and BEFORE removing any item.

** Lots Closing 1 every Minute / Lot Extensions of 5 Minutes / 15% Buyer’s Premium **

STAGGERED CLOSING / LOT EXTENSIONS:  Lots will start closing, one at a time, every Minute (60 seconds).  Extended Bidding is in effect for this Online Auction - The closing time of a Lot / Item is auto-extended an additional five (5) minutes whenever a bid is placed within the final five (5) minutes leading up to the Lot’s scheduled closing time … be prepared, this process may repeat itself multiple times ... aka, a soft close or dynamic ending auction, continuing until only one bidder remains.

PIECEMEAL BIDDING:  Piecemeal Bidding is in effect for this Online Auction – Please read for how many times (x) the money each Lot / Item is selling for … for example: (1 x Bid) or (10 x Bid) means 1 or 10 times (x) Your Bid. 

MAX BID:  Placing a Max Bid means that BidSpotter’s system will do the work for you.  Max Bids are set by you: they are the maximum amount you are willing to pay for a Lot / Item.  Once you place a Max Bid, the system will automatically bid for you, jumping ONLY to the next set increment until reaching your maximum bid amount … if your Max Bid is surpassed by another bidder, you will be notified via email.  A great way to let BidSpotter.com bid for you ... so you don't miss out.

WINNING BIDDER NOTIFICATION (Invoice): If you are the winning bidder for a Lot or Lots, you will be notified with an Invoice at the conclusion of the auction.

WE DO NOT SHIP:  Packing, Palletizing and Shipping is the Buyer’s responsibility … Forklift will be on-site for Removal (each day) to assist with loading (no charge).

FRIDAY, August 12th, 2022, 9am – 12 Noon EDT (Doors closing at 12 Noon, so arrive in plently of time to remove your items).

* If you CAN NOT PAY FOR and REMOVE your purchase(s) within the times designated ... Please Do Not Participate in this Auction!  Remember to BRING YOUR TYPE OF PAYMENT to the AUCTION SITE to Pay BEFORE Removal.  These are the only scheduled removal dates & times ... after which, all Items are considered abandoned, to be disposed of and/or resold by Auctioneer.

* All Buyers are Responsible for the timely removal of purchased items at this auction ... come prepared as needed - We Do Not Ship.

* FORKLIFT:  Forklift will be on-site for Removal (each day) to assist with loading (no charge).

* LIFT DISMANTLE FEES:  All Lifts will be dismantled and loaded onto Buyer’s form of transportation … and the following MANDATORY fee(s) will be added to your invoice:

All 2-Post Lifts (each):  $300.00 (each)

Hunter 4-Post Alignment Lift:  $300.00

Item(s) in photo(s) and NOT described are NOT included.  Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend the scheduled INSPECTION / PREVIEW: TUESDAY, August 9th, 2022, 10am - 2pm EDT - The Seller / Auctioneer reserves the right to change and/or withdraw from sale any Lot / Item listed in catalog.

All Bidders / Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller / Auctioneer, and their agents / representatives, from and against all liability from participation in and/or purchase of items from this online-only auction and/or removal of items from the auction location site.  Any Buyer’s claim shall be limited to the amount paid.  The Auctioneer shall settle all disputes.
