STAGGERED CLOSING / LOT EXTENSIONS:  Lots will start closing, one at a time, every Minute (60 seconds).  Extended Bidding is in effect for this Online Auction - the Closing Time of a Lot / Item is auto-extended to three (3) minutes whenever a bid is placed within the final three (3) minutes leading up to the Lot’s scheduled closing time … be prepared, this process may repeat itself multiple times.

PIECEMEAL BIDDING:  Piecemeal Bidding is in effect for this Online Auction – Please read for how many times (x) the money each Lot / Item is selling for … for example: (1 x Bid) or (10 x Bid) means 1 or 10 times (x) Your Bid.

* WEDNESDAY (Auction Day) REMOVAL:  For Buyers who want to remove purchases (NOT LIFTS) late Wednesday, after the auction closes, we will be on-site till 5pm … this applies to purchases OTHER THAN LIFTS only.  Remember to BRING YOUR TYPE OF PAYMENT to the AUCTION SITE to pay BEFORE removal.

* These are the only scheduled removal dates & times ... after which, all Items are considered abandoned, to be disposed of and/or resold by Auctioneer.  If you are unable to remove your purchased items during the scheduled removal dates & times, PLEASE DO NOT BID.

* WE DO NOT SHIP:  Packing, Palletizing and Shipping is the Buyer’s responsibility!  All Buyers are responsible for the timely removal of purchased items at this auction ... NO help or tools available ... so come prepared as needed.

* FORKLIFT:  Forklift will be on-site for Removal (Both Days) to assist with loading (NO charge ... NO Forklift service after 12noon on Friday, Jan 17th).
