FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE DAY OF AUCTION. We accept cash, cashier’s check, company check w/bank letter of guarantee, or wire transfer. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED! Sales tax will be charged if buyer does not provide tax exemption paperwork. REMOVAL IS AT BUYER’S RISK & EXPENSE. Items must be removed by Thursday, March 8th @ 4:00PM.

Online bidders must be registered with all correspondence completed, 48 hours prior to auction. Failure to register and/or failure to send deposit or bank letter of guarantee to Duckwall & Co., Inc. will disqualify you from bidding. NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE!
1) Register as an ONLINE BIDDER through BIDSPOTTER.COM, 48 hours prior to auction to allow time to be approved. Bidspotter link can be found via our website…www.duckwallauctions.com or go directly to Bidspotter.com website.
2) DCI requires a DEPOSIT of 25% of your Anticipated Purchases in order to bid online. Mail deposit check to: Hero Printworks, C/O Duckwall & Co., 6103 E. Admiral Blvd, Tulsa, OK 74115. Must be received 48 hours prior. Call 918-836-3611 for wire instructions. – OR - you may instead provide DCI with a Bank Letter of Guarantee, 48 hours prior.
