Terms and Conditions:
REGISTRATION:
All bidders must register 48 hours in advance of bidding to participate in the auction. A full disclosure of name, entity, address, and residency must be disclosed for approval.
WARRANTY:
The Auctioneer shall not be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any lot, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No sale shall be set aside nor allowance made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted. NO DEDUCTION ALLOWED ON DAMAGED ARTICLES, ALL ARTICLES BEING EXPOSED FOR PUBLIC EXHIBITION, AND SOLD “AS IS” AND WITHOUT RECOURSE. ARTICLES ARE NOT WARRANTED AS MERCHANTABLE OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NO CLAIM MAY BE MADE BY PURCHASER RELATING TO THE CONDITION OR USE OF ARTICLES PURCHASED, OR FOR PROXIMATE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING THEREFROM.
INVOICES / PAYMENTS:
Invoices will be sent out within 24 hours after the completion of the auction. The balance in full must be received no later than 24 hours after the buyer has received his/her invoice. All payments must be received in cash, check (w/bank letter) or wire transfer.
TAXES:
An 8.517% state of Oklahoma sales tax will be included on each buyers invoice. In order to receive tax exemption we will need to receive a State of Oklahoma sales tax exemption certificate.
REMOVAL:
All items must be removed by the buyer, at buyer’s risk & expense. Please contact our office (918-836-3611) to schedule your pickup time. Items may be removed Thursday-Friday, Dec. 20th & 21st. You must bring a copy of your paid invoice! Please bring help if any large items were purchased.
REMOVAL DEFAULT:
If lots are not picked up by 4:00 PM on Friday, Dec. 21st, arrangements must be made with Duckwall & Co., Inc, or they will be considered as a total forfeiture and abandonment.
