O-Matic is designed to eliminate the labor-intensive practise of manual cutlet flattening. It provides uniform product thickness and increases plate coverage of cutlets (Up to 12"), ensuring uniform cooking time. The self-contained hydraulic POM unit presses cutlets to the appropriate thickness based on how pressing cylinder is positioned. releasing the buttons will raise the pressing plate and the lower plate can be pulled out.
