al closure shrink wrapper is an intermittent shrink film wrapper providing up to 40 packages per minute 4"Lx7"Wx1"H product.decreasing with longer packages(depending on size and stability of product). Equipped with a programmable logic controller, the HP-302 provides easy operation/diagnostic capabilities. Features of this wrapper: welded tubular frame construction; Cradle mounted center folded film; Pre-select Polyolefin, LDPE and/or PVC film compatibility; Solid "Hot Knife" L-Bar sealing assembly. Currently configured for a 14" wide cross seal, this unit has a 22" long cross seal-bar and 34" long longitudinal seal-bar. Product infeed belt is 16.5" wide. Film stand will accommodate up to 30" wide rolls of film. Wrapper is mounted on castors for ease of movement within plant and film registry.
