wrapper was specifically designed to create a complete enclosure of shrink wrap around either cartoned or loose products and provides the simplicity and durability required for production in today's environment. This wrapper is an intermittent shrink film wrapper providing up to 40 packages per minute 4"Lx7"Wx1"H product.decreasing with longer packages(depending on size and stability of product). Equipped with a programmable logic controller, the HP-30Z provides easy operation/diagnostic capabilities. Solid "Hot Knife" L-Bar sealing assembly. Currently configured for a 14" wide cross seal, this unit has a 22" long cross seal-bar and 34" long longitudinal seal-bar. Product infeed belt is 16.5" wide. Film stand will accommodate up to 30" wide rolls of film. Wrapper is mounted on castors for ease of movement within plant and film registry. Unit needs 230 volt 1-phase power at 20 Amps and 100 Psi compressed air at 15 CFM. New in 1997, MD#HP-30Z, SN#130063, Loading Cost $25, Skidding $100, Crating $250.
