The VFFS is clutch brake transport design (Not servo) and includes an auto flap dust valve and static control system manufactured by Simco which removes static build-up from the packaging material. The cross seal jaws is 10" wide max, and the vertical seal bar is 11" long. The unit is 460V, 3Ph, 60Hz.
The All-Fill B-550 is a semi-automatic volumetric auger filler with PLC-based controls for filling powders, granules, and liquids. It features fully enclosed agitation drive, one-piece stainless steel head cover and contact parts.
The Norwood AKS-7 is a intermittent-motion hot stamp imprinter that is capable of printing UPC, lot, prices, expiration dates, logos, and more with 3/4"x1-1/4" print area and up-to 200 imprints/min.
