Description
Model # 4352. S/N 27-019-306. The intermediate size Hobart 4352 mixer/grinder is ideal for fast, thorough mixing and grinding of meat or sausage and has hopper capacity of up to 275Lbs. It is capable of mixing/grinding of tempered meat from 24 degrees F and up or flakes of 1-1/4"x1-1/4" stick form. A selector switch makes it possible to mix and grind simultaneously or mix only. During mix only operation, the mixing arm rotates in a reverse direction. This unit has a 52 grinding head and also features a Gemini port to be used in tandem with a first grind grinder. The unit is 230V, 3Ph, 60Hz.

ALL EQUIPMENT IS BEING SOLD FROM OUR LAKE CITY WAREHOUSE
Wide variety of equipment at blow out prices! EEC is clearing out a large quanity of equipment that has not sold via our daily sales. There is material handling equipment, packaging equipment, process and general support items. All equipment is being offered on an "AS IS" basis. Inspection is availabe on a appointment basis and we are available Monday - Friday 8 am to 4 pm.
Equipment Rigging and Pick Up:
Items that will fit on 40 x 48 pallet will be palletized and secured for $50.00 each
Loading charge for palletized items is $50.00 per pallet.
Loading charges for items larger than 40 x 48 that are loaded as shown in photos is $100.00 per lot.
Skidding and/or crating charges for items larger then 40 x 48 will be quoted on a lot x lot basis.

TERMS: A 15% BUYERS PREMIUM APPLIES TO ALL INTERNET SALES
1. Payments via Wire Transfer, ACH payable to EQUIPMENT EXCHANGE COMPANY will be accepted. A LETTER OF GUARANTEE must accompany PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECKS from your bank. Balance and full payment due within 3 business day of end of Timed Auction. By bidding you are accepting the terms of sale and are guaranteeing payment for goods you have purchased
2. While descriptions are believed to be correct, the auctioneers or the owners make no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied, as to the genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any lot and will not be held responsible for advertising discrepancies or inaccuracies. Everything sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” except as expressly made in writing. No warranties are made as to the merchantability of any items or their fitness for any purpose.
3. It is the buyer’s responsibility to secure all safety equipment to meet all applicable government safety standards in using or removing items purchased.
4. Sales Tax will be added to the purchase of all taxable items. Dealers who purchase for resale must file their resale permit numbers.
5. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless auctioneer and seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of items purchased.
6. In the event the purchaser fails to pay the whole of the purchase within the time set forth by the auctioneers and/or fails to comply with any of the conditions or terms of sale, the seller may retain and/or recover the deposit specified as liquidated damages and, in addition thereto, items that are not paid for can be resold at public or private sale without further notice. The defaulting purchaser together with all charges, fees, and expenses incurred by such resale and enforcement of the obligation hereunder shall pay any deficiency resulting from such resale to the auctioneers.
7. Auctioneers and Owner shall have no liability to the purchaser due to non-delivery of any item for any reason. Liability shall be limited to return to the purchaser the monies deposited for non-delivered items.
8. ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES WITHIN THE REMOVAL TIME SET IN TIMED AUCTION EVENT. No item can, on any account, be removed before termination of the sale. Removal shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser. If equipment is NOT REMOVED within specified removal time, purchaser shall be liable for any moving and storage costs incurred and, if not so removed, the ITEMS SHALL BE DEEMED ABANDONED! THIS RULE DOES NOT HAVE ANY EXCEPTIONS!
9. Sale price does not include skidding and/or crating. Quotes for skidding and crating items will be provided upon request.
