Inspection: These machines are open for inspection Thursday, April 6th , 7 from 7:30am- 3:00pm or Friday, April 8th from 7:30am-1:00pm. We are located next to the Philadelphia Airport. Please call us to setup inspection 610-960-4815. You are responsible for inspecting items before bidding.
Loading: Most machinery will be loaded for FREE on open Trailer. We can Load into overseas containers, flat rack, Shrink wrap, or build custom Skids for overseas shipping for an additional fee, Please Call for a quote. Box truck loading may be additional fees. Setup of Shipping is required by the buyer. all items must be removed within 14 days of the close of the auction. We can store machinery for longer but storages fees will apply.
Bidding Registration: Credit Card Required for Registration
A 18% Buyers Premium will be charged to all buyers after bidding closes. All Accounts must be paid in full by wire transfer, Certified Funds, or Cash. If you use a credit card or PayPal there will be an additional 3% added to you bill, an invoice will follow at the conclusion of the event.
PAYMENT & REMOVAL: WINNING BIDDERS HAVE UP TO 7 DAYS TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT & 14 DAYS TO REMOVEL ALL ITEMS THE PURCHASED. IF WINNING BIDDERS NEED MORE TIME TO REMOVE ITEMS PLEASE CONTACT EQUIPSELLER AND MAKE ARANGMENTS.

EQUIPMENT SAFETY for all items purchased from Equipseller: It is buyers responsibility to provide proper safety devices and equipment to safeguard persons from harm resulting from any particular use, operation or set-up and to adequately safeguard the equipment to conform to all Federal, State and Local Government safety standards and all industrial standards.
INDEMNIFICATION: Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless seller and salespersons from any and all claims or liabilities caused by or arising from the equipment on this quotation.
Payment Terms and Conditions:
Sales Tax: 6% sales tax will be charged to each auction winners bill unless a PA Tax Exempt Form is provided upon payment.
Method of Payment for Domestic buyers: Cash, wire transfer, certified check or personal/company checks if they are accompanied by an irrevocable letter of guarantee from your bank. No purchases will released without payment as described above. Purchases paid by non-certified funds will be released after 10 banking days.
All sales are final. Any outstanding balance must be paid within seven (7) days of the completion of auction.
In the event the purchaser fails to pay the whole of the purchase within the time set forth by the auctioneers and/or fails to comply with any of the conditions or terms of sale, the seller may retain and/or recover the deposit specified as liquidated damages and, in addition thereto, items that are not paid for can be resold at public or private sale without further notice. Any deficiency resulting from such resale shall be paid to the auctioneers by the defaulting purchaser together with all charges, fees, and expenses incurred by such resale and enforcement of the obligation hereunder.
The Bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased by him immediately following his winning bid at the auction. Therefore, he is advised to further guard and insure his items at his own discretion.
If equipment is not removed within specified removal time, purchaser shall be liable for any moving and storage costs incurred and, if not so removed, the items shall be deemed abandoned.
