Terms and Conditions
- An 18% buyer`s premium will be charged on all assets. Onsite cash payments will not be accepted for online only auctions.
- An 8.25% sales tax will be applied as required. A 4.3125% sales tax will be applied for partially exempt manufacturing machinery & equipment. View complete sales tax rules.
- All bidders residing outside of the United States or Canada are required to submit via wire transfer a qualifying deposit of 25% of their total expected purchases. Deposit instructions will be emailed upon registration. Deposit must be received and confirmed prior to start of auction, and can take up to 72 hours to clear. Please register at least 3 business days prior to sale to allow sufficient time to process deposit.

Removal
- Buyers are responsible for removing all of their purchases. Hilco does not provide rigging or shipping services and is not responsible for any rigging or shipping issues.
- Removal days: 23 January 2020 - 7 February 2020, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM local time
- Aerojet Rocketdyne reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone.
- Standard Removal Terms apply.
- Anyone performing removal will need to provide proper insurance.
- A buyer release form must be completed and supplied to Hilco personnel if someone other than the registered bidder is picking up auction purchases. They can be turned into Hilco personnel on site or faxed to our office at +1 616.732.7100.
