All items are sold "AS IS / WHERE IS," without warranties or guarantees of any kind. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect items and verify all information, including but not limited to specifications, condition, and authenticity, prior to bidding. The auctioneer and seller are not liable for any inaccuracies in descriptions, whether generated by AI or otherwise.

Although information has been obtained from sources deemed reliable, the auctioneer/seller makes no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information herein contained. It is for this reason that buyers should avail themselves of the opportunity to make inspection prior to the sale. This listing is intended to provide general information of the equipment being offered and is subject to errors, omissions, additions, or deletions. FOLLOWING THE LAST LOT CLOSING you will receive an invoice from "no-reply@wavebid.com". If you don't receive an invoice within an hour, please check your spam folder.

All purchases must be paid in full within 48 hours after the auction and are subject to an 18% buyer's premium.

To make payment arrangements by wire transfer or ACH, please contact our auction office. CASH PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON SITE.

Please be advised that although required to present a credit card to register with BidSpotter, HyperAMS will not charge your card following the auction. 

Credit card payments are limited to $1,500 and will incur an additional 3% convenience fee (21% with buyer's premium).

Sales Tax: We will automatically apply appropriate sales taxes to your purchase unless you supply proper exemption documentation.

• Scheduling: Buyers must contact the Site Manager to schedule an appointment for removal within four (4) business days following the conclusion of the auction.

• Shipping & Logistics: All shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the Buyer. Please note that the Auctioneer is not a rigging or logistics provider.

• Riggers & Insurance: Approved riggers are required to provide proof of general liability insurance with coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, along with state-mandated minimums for workers’ compensation and automobile coverage.

• Self-Loading: Buyers may self-load assets. If power tools are used, the Buyer must also provide insurance as outlined above.

• Site Cleanliness: All assets, equipment, and related debris must be removed from the premises. Failure to comply may result in storage charges of $100 per day, per item, or disposal of assets at the Auctioneer’s discretion, with no refund and proceeds retained.

• Deadline: All removals must be completed no later than [TBD].
