Continuous flow of plural component materials with mix ratios ranging from 1:1 to 20:1
3 speed selections - low, medium and high
No moving seals or exposed metering shafts or rods to wear and leak
Materials are mixed and dispensed at the point-of-application
Automatic purge, warning and ratio monitoring
Provides an extremely low maintenance solution
Highly portable and towable unitized painted steel base with heavy duty caster wheels, and has a Conductix Wampfler 175' power cable reel (600 V, 45 Amp, NEMA 4).
Two-Stage Air Filtration
Previously being used to unload and dispense a two-part adhesive (base + hardener), this system features dual Graco model D200S 55 gallon drum pump systems with automatic crossover, and a Graco Monark 224-350 55 gallon transfer pump. This system is capable of monitoring and controlling the ratio of a two component material as it is pumped into containers. The material supply flows through two Coriolis flow meters for material flow validation as well as providing material temperature and specific gravity data. It has a microprocessor based control system via a touch screen operator interface that displays the pressure and ratio data as well as setup values. System also has a built in purge timer to indicate when the system requires purging.
This system is missing the original air compressor and air tank, however, you can use facility air with the system in compressor by-pass mode. The system is also missing the end of arm dispensing nozzle, otherwise it is complete and includes an operator/system manual.
