Cibola National Wildlife Refuge straddles the border of California and Arizona. It has an abundance of wildlife watching and nature trail opportunities. Take the Canada Goose Drive for an excellent opportunity for wildlife viewing and photography. On the accessible walking trail, you might see song birds, bobcats, quail, and mule deer. Anglers can fish for largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, striped bass, channel catfish, flathead catfish, crappie, sunfish, tilapia, and common carp. Public hunting on Cibola National Wildlife Refuge is permitted in specified areas.

The Payment Due will the final 'hammer' price plus, per Auction Lot won, the auction premium (8.5%) and a $695 documentation/processing fee. Payment Due in full within 48 hours from the conclusion of the auction.
Wire transfer is the preferred method of payment. If Auctioneer agrees to accept a payment via credit card, a 3% credit card fee may be assessed.
Bidder agrees that insufficient available funds to pay the full Payment Due shall not be a valid defense for non-payment. An Auction Lot that calls for financing will require the Bidder to enter into an agreement with complete terms and conditions.
If the Payment Due is not received within 48 hours after the conclusion of the auction, the bidder unconditionally authorizes the Auctioneer to charge any credit card on file for the amount due.

NO CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS: Each Bidder agrees to NOT, under any circumstances, initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges.
Bidder further agrees that if Bidder initiates a credit card chargeback, upon Auctioneer’s demand, (1) Bidder shall withdraw such credit card chargeback and request the credit card issuerto re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer; and (2)Bidder shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including but not limited to any attorney fees incurred by or on behalf of the Auctioneer, in challenging the credit card chargeback.
