EXCLUSIVE RIGGER - BULLDOG ONSITE SOLUTIONS / PRICING TO BE POSTED BY 7/1/24

Removal: Small items that can be carried out should be removed immediately after the
auction sale and no later than Friday, July 19, 2024. All items must be removed by Friday, July 26, 2024, unless otherwise discussed and approved by LRG.

Shipping: Shipping and Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer.

Rigging prices shown include disassembly and match marking (only where required) and loading onto customer supplied trucks.

Any additional disassembly, special instructions, loading into overseas containers, and anything outside of the written statement prior are considered additional and must be emailed and agreed in advance between the rigger and the purchaser, but it is purchasers responsibility to immediately reach out after the close of the sale to discuss, as disassembly and/or prepping of all sold items will begin immediately after the sale closes.

Rigging and loading services will not begin until after July 22nd so that handheld items (and items that are traditionally removed by the buyer) are removed by buyers due to the single point of exits being a loading dock. Pricing that can be available to assist buyers with these purchase are as follows:

Packaging and shipping of small handheld items $100/hr. plus, materials.

Pallet picks (no banding/palletizing/wrapping included) for first floor items are minimum of $100 and can be paid onsite by cash only. This price is only applicable to "palletized" items that are secured to skid by customer, under 2000 lbs, and can be lifted and loaded directly from loading dock. If "picks" require secondary "lifts" by bringing to dock area, then lifting again with ground based forklift to load to customer truck/trailer, this will double the lifting fee.

Rigger can supply pallet, band and wrap, for an additional fee per pallet for individual items. Price determined by size of pallet and amount of work required. Customers with many "pallet pick" type of items can be provided two men with a 5k forklift for $300/hr with a minimum of 4 hours of consecutive work.

Cabinets with contents must be emptied in order to safely load and ship, this can be done by buyer or rigger with the same hourly approach.

Rigging payments for posted prices are collected at the time of the payment for assets to the auction company, who is not responsible for the riggers, but is collecting the fees on the rigger's behalf.

No lots/purchases will be scheduled for removal or loading until all fees (purchase and rigging) are paid in full (special exceptions may be made for the complete lines.

Special Notes to consider: Many items are "welded" in place and will require cutting to remove, buyers are encouraged to inspect before purchase to understand this. Some items (such as cranes and racks) could not be fully inspected due to height or restrictions by access, in such if riggers find multiple weldments that would require excess time to remove the lot, the indicated price may require adjustment. This will be communicated with the buyer at the time of finding such. Due to this all racking will be disassembled and loaded via an hourly price only.

The large "lines" priced for removal in excess of $100,000 are subject to secondary inspection and pricing should be considered as budgetary only. Other site dynamics and/or customer requests may have a direct impact on the possibility of adjusting those indicated budgetary prices.

Pickup is by appointment only for all identified rigging costs. Once lots are prepared and ready to load, the rigger will contact the buyer to setup for pickup who will be responsible to provide their trucks within 48 hours of notification.
