It is the Buyers reasonability to coordinate, pay and remove the items by Wednesday May 10th 2023 3:00pm . It is the buyers reasonability to pay for and coordinate the pickup at the Buyers expense.
Midstate Machinery is not responsible for any Expenses, Legal Fees, Transport costs, Rigging Costs, Any Expenses that will arise for the failures of the Buyers.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and Payment must be paid through Midstate Machinery via Wire Transfer or Credit Card ( 3.5% processing fee ), All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receiving invoice.
All items are sold AS-IS Where-Is. Midstate disclaims conditions, working order or any warranties for all items or lots. Conditions must be verified by the bidder. All Sales are final with no return options.
