Water Test Tank
Coordination and Removal: It is the buyer's responsibility to coordinate the pickup of purchased items. The deadline for item removal is , September 24th, 2024, at 2:30 pm. This must be done at the buyer's expense.
Payment for Pickup: The buyer is also responsible for paying any expenses related to the pickup, including but not limited to transport costs, rigging costs, and any other associated expenses.
Non-Responsibility of Midstate Machinery: Midstate Machinery is not liable for any expenses incurred by the buyer, including legal fees, transport costs, rigging costs, or any other expenses arising from the buyer's failure to coordinate or pay for item pickup.

Inspection will be held on September 17th 2024 from 9:30AM to 2:00 Local Time
Check out will be on September 19 & 20th & September 23rd - 25th 8:30am to 2:30pm Everything must be out by 3:00pm September 25th 2024

Condition of Items: All items are sold "AS-IS Where-Is." This means that Midstate Machinery does not provide any warranties regarding the condition or working order of the items or lots being sold. Bidders are responsible for verifying the conditions themselves.
Sales Final: All sales are final with no return options. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned.
