Coordination and Removal: It is the buyer's responsibility to coordinate the pickup of purchased items. The deadline for item removal is , July, 2nd 2025, by 2:30 pm. This must be done at the buyer's expense. Payment for Pickup: The buyer is also responsible for paying any expenses related to the pickup, including but not limited to transport costs, rigging costs, and any other associated expenses. Non-Responsibility of Midstate Machinery: Midstate Machinery is not liable for any expenses incurred by the buyer, including legal fees, transport costs, rigging costs, or any other expenses arising from the buyer's failure to coordinate or pay for item pickup. These terms emphasize the buyer's responsibility for coordinating and paying for the pickup of purchased items, as well as absolving Midstate Machinery of any liability for expenses incurred due to the buyer's actions or inactions.
