Complete payments required within 3 business day following the auction by bank wire or cashiers check or check accompanied by a bank letter. All payments to be received by December 12th 2024.Payment can be made at the Elmore City Yard#1 . 10 day loadout only!! Winning bidders will be emailed an invoice at the close of the auction December 9th. 10 Day Load Out Only!! Check spam folder for invoice . Preferred payment from internet bidders is wire transfer. Tax exempt buyers must furnish a copy of their sales tax permit. Only Oklahoma Ag Exemption permit is accepted for tax removal for ag purchases. No out of state ag exemptions. Titles are mailed certified approx 10 days from sale. All printed information regarding items and this sale are merely a guide and subject to change. Neither the auction company nor sellers shall be liable for errors. BUYERS REPONSIBILITIES: All items are sold ,as is, where is, with no guaranties, or warranties as to condition, value, merchantability, safety, or usability. Mileage and hours listed are not verified. The item will be considered sold without any exceptions upon the final gavel by the auctioneer. Possession will be obtained upon proper settlement. Purchaser will be responsible for the removal, insurance, breakdown, arranging, shifting, loading, and securing of load for any items purchased. Buy on your own inspection. For online bidders who do not pay within 3 business days of auction will be considered slow to pay and the auction company reserves the right to ban that buyer from bidding at any future auctions. 10 Day Load Out Only!! For items listed in Yards 2, 3,4 & 5 will need to schedule an appointment for pickup. Items have to be removed by December 19th. Load out will take place for 10 days straight including the weekend. All property shall be removed from the premises by the purchaser at his own risk and expense within the time period announced by the Auctioneer. Purchaser is the responsible for their purchases from the time the Auctioneer declares the item SOLD. The Auctioneer and the Auction Company is not responsible for misplaced or stolen merchandise.
