Travel must be booked within 12 months from date of purchase. All reservations are subject to availability. Blackout dates are the weeks of Christmas and New Years. Holiday fees may apply during travel weeks within seven days of a holiday. Package is valid for two adults and two children, under the age of eleven. Additional charges will apply for guests amount exceeding the limit.
This is NOT an All-Inclusive Resort. Airfare is NOT included. Hotel/Resort taxes and fees along with any room incidental charges are not included and are the responsibility of the redeemer. Estimated room tax is $12.50/day. Any room tax or resort fees are paid at the Resort directly. Additional charges will apply for exceeding guest limit. Room/Suite upgrades are available at a discounted rate.
Package Redemption
Your auction package redemption voucher will be emailed to you. Please allow 15 days for your redemption voucher to be delivered from the time payment is received. Travel needs to be booked within one year and travelled within 18 months. As well travel must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance and reservations are subject to availability. All certificates should be handled with care as they are the same as cash and non-refundable. Auction packages cannot be resold.
