1. All Auction items are sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS", "WITH ALL FAULTS and DEFECTS" There is no guarantee or warranty to any items sold (re: make, model, year, miles, hours or merchantability by Auctioneer or Owner.) ‘’ALL SALES ARE FINAL””
2. Announcements made by the Auctioneer on the day of the Auction take precedence over any previous printed material pertaining to this Auction.
3. Premiere reserves the right to REMOVE or ADD to any Auction items on the list up until Auction time.
4. 18% BUYER’S PREMIUM will be added to the purchase price of Each and Every item purchased at the ONLINE AUCTION and will be considered as commission paid to the auctioneer.
5. FORMS OF PAYMENTS:  CASH – ZELLE- PAYPAL + 3.5% - CASHIER’S CHECK – WIRE TRANSFER (UPON REQUEST)
6. SALES TAX 9.75 % will be collected on all taxable items unless bidder has a valid California Resale Certificate or Bill of Lading.
7. While descriptions are believed to be Accurate, Information and Quantities given by the Auction’ Catalogues, Auctioneer, Owner, or other Auction personnel is offered only as a guide. Responsibility for proper nomenclature and identification of Auction merchandise is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders are advised to inspect items prior to purchase.
