Floor size approximately 100 ft by 60 ft but is fully customizable and you can make it what you want. You have 7 days to remove your items if you do not want to store them at our site.
I seen it up and it looked to be in great condition and I was told it was only a few years old at the time.
Original cost was around $260,000.00 which included setup. ASIS please view and double check the assets before purchasing. Once bought these are your items and they can either go back into storage or you can remove them.

Removal of small items Mon Tue Wed 9 to 6.Removal of Edgebander and CNC offsite lathes must have an appointment scheduled.
This is an onsite bankrutcy and bailiff seizure situation. You must dismantle and remove all items. Assistance in providing contactors, electricians, movers can by supplied.

All items are sold as is where is and lie at the purchases risk immediately. All items should be considered untested and you are responsible for their condition. Machine shop was running but auctioneer did not see all equipment running. Testing can be done since machinery is still hooked up to power.
