By placing an Online, or In person Bid, You ARE AGREEING WITH THE FOLOWING TERMS. ALL ITEMS SOLD "AS IS WHERE IS" NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. All sales are final, no refunds, returns, Chargebacks, or exchanges. No buyer premium for onsite bidders. A 10% buyers premium will be charged on all items sold online in this auction. Cash, Credit/Debit cards, Personal or business checks, or wire transfers accepted with proper ID. A 3.5% convience fee will be added to all credit/debit card payments. Items are subject to prior sale. All online sales must be paid in full within 24 hours of the close of the auction or the next business day. Online bidders will be e-mailed invoices after the close of the auction and if not informed within 24 hours otherwise, the credit card on fill will be automatically charged for the total invoice price. Sales tax will be collected on each item in this sale unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is presented upon buyer check-in. Items not picked up day of sale, can be picked up at the auction location by appointment. All items must be removed within 15 business days of the auction. All items left after 15 days will be assessed a storage fee of $15 per day per item. Items left for over 60 days will be deemed abandoned and become the property of the auction company. Shipping will be the responsibility and expense to the buyer. Shipping by the auction company is very limited to small parcels only. A $15.00 handling fee plus actual shipping charges will be calculated and a separate invoice will be sent to the buyer for payment before the item is shipped. Larger items requiring transport or LTL freight should be arranged by the buyer, and the auction service will work with the shipping company to facilitate pickup appointment and loading assistance. Richard's Auction Service, its employees, and staff will not be held reasonable for any damage or lost items as a result of the shipping company. All sales are final, no refunds, returns, Chargebacks, or exchanges. Item descriptions are believed to be accurate, but not warrantied. Real estate will require an Escrow deposit on sale day, with closing to occur within 30 Days. Firearms not purchased by a local buyer must be shipped to your local FFL . All firearm purchasers are subject to a background check and all federal firearms laws will apply. Buyers are encouraged to inspect each item before bidding on that item. By placing a bid, bidder indicates that they have personally inspected the item to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine the item. All announcements made day of sale supersede all other announcements. Proxy or absentee bids will be accepted up to 24 hours before the close of the auction for those who wish not to bid online. No proxy or absentee bids will be accepted the last day of the auction. Richard's Auction Service reserves the right to cancel and or reopen the auction if the internet system should fail in any way.
